About Wheere
Wheere is the French deeptech that is revolutionizing indoor geolocation by developing the first solution capable of covering aone-square-kilometer site with just four transmitters.
Wheere has developed an innovative, patented technology that enables precise location of people and objects, both indoors and outdoors, surpassing traditional geolocation solutions.
Thanks to theuse of low-frequency waves coupled with innovative modulation, our technology penetrates even the densest obstacles, such as concrete walls, and offers sub-meter accuracy. With just four antennas, we can cover an area of one square kilometer and locate an infinite number of devices.
Our founders
Pierre-Arnaud Coquelin
A doctor in applied mathematics (ENS-X) and successful entrepreneur, he has founded several innovative companies.
In 2007, he founded Vekia, specialized in supply chain optimization software using artificial intelligence.
In 2013, he launched McLloyd, the French leader in wearable tracking dedicated to professional sports and horse racing.
In 2024, he devoted himself entirely to Wheere, an entrepreneurial adventure with considerable potential.
Antoine Carrabin
A graduate of CentraleSupélec in telecommunications engineering, he has acquired solid expertise by holding positions of responsibility in companies such as EADS Defense & Security, SAGEM Communications and Avantix.
Today, he puts his skills in the design and development of radio frequency systems at the service of Wheere, where he manages the technical team.

Our history
After years of R&D, Pierre-Arnaud and Antoine have developed a technological solution that has been tested and validated in a warehouse.
The Wheere company is created, the patents filed and the brand registered.
Wheere deploys V1.0 of its technology in Montpellier. Forty successful demonstrations are organized.
Wheere raises eleven million euros in its seed financing round.
Wheere finalizes its commercial terrestrial version V2.0 and deploys its first public and private customers.
Our Mission and Vision
At Wheere, our mission is to revolutionize geolocation by making this technology more accessible and ubiquitous. We are committed to providing cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of modern and future industries and societies.
By 2027, we plan to launch the ASIC version of our module. This breakthrough will significantly reduce the size, production costs and energy consumption of our products, paving the way for the democratization of our system's uses.
Our vision doesn't stop there. In 2030, we will commission our LEO PNT (Low Earth Orbit Positioning, Navigation, and Timing) satellite constellation. This ambitious initiative aims to provide unrivalled global coverage, guaranteeing accurate and reliable geolocation services, wherever you are on the planet. The deployment of our space technology will considerably extend the range of uses. Wheere, in the same way as GPS for outdoor use, will be essential for a wide range of indoor applications: smartphone navigation in shopping malls, inventory management, equipment tracking, driving autonomous vehicles, and so on.
Our ambition is clear: to become the world leader in indoor geolocation.
